Below is a series of photos of a dust devil that we spotted in central Illinois as it was about to cross I-70. It had a very intense rotation, and when it had crossed the road, Stef took these 6 pix over the course of 45 seconds - 1 minute. Weather at the time was sunny, about 85F with a moderate moist Southerly wind.
